Ondjamba Safaris is a fully registered Namibian tour operator founded over 20 years ago by Dieter and Dongina Risser.  Dieter is passionate about nature and has traveled extensively throughout Namibia and neighbouring countries both privately and as a NATH registered tourguide.

Because of word by mouth recommendations by past clients, leading to an ever increasing interest in what he offered, he realized he needed to expand, while still holding true to what Ondjamba stood for – small, personalized safaris and tours with a passion for wildlife and landscapes.  Daughters Dione and Dana joined the business more than 10 years ago each bringing their unique skillsets to the business.  Together this close family team has successfully helped many clients plan and book their dream vacation to Namibia and surrounds.

 

A further testament to Ondjamba's success is the number of repeat clients who know almost every corner of Namibia, and still keep coming back!
