Meet & Greet and Local Assistance
For clients passing through our hometown of Swakopmund, we personally meet with them to go over their itinerary and share local tips and know-how. We love getting to know our clients in person and ensuring that they are well prepared for their journey ahead. We are also available by phone and email for any local assistance while our clients are traveling. For example, restaurant and activity bookings, assistance with any car issues or accidents, where to find replacement batteries for cameras, etc. Whatever the unforeseen event or request, we strive to do our best to be there for our clients.
